XETZ is
located at the southern flank of the Yangtze River Delta and
within the boundaries of Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou. It
has advanta-geous geographical location and very convenient
traffic system. It is closely near Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo
expressway and HangzhouJinhua-Quzhou expressway. It is 170km
and 130km away from ports of Shanghai and Ningbo respectively.
It is only 10km away from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International
Airport, which ,in Jan.,2005, signed a cooperative agreement
with Hong Kong International Airport in order to make use
